ISA Riri, code name Speculator, is a veteran Jet Eye affiliated with the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare’s Specialized Forces Division (SFD). She has the ability to find the answer to any problem as long as she has enough information.
Background[]
Very little is known about Professor Riri’s background.
She used to be a normal child, but in the September of 2019, she became the host of a Third Eye and was granted the ability to find the answer to any problem as long as she had enough information. Eager to learn more, she began to trod deeper, eventually finding answers to questions that should have been left untouched, such as the meaning of life. This greatly accelerated the development of her brain, giving her a level of maturity far past her meager years.
Soon afterwards, she joined the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare’s Specialized Forces Division (SFD) as one of its first four members, with the other three being Ikoma Sanae, Azu Yumiko, and Daimon Denjirou. Because of her great cognitive abilities, she became the deputy chief and the strategic commander of the SFD.
Appearance[]
Professor Riri mostly has the appearance of a normal elementary school child, with brown hair pulled into two pigtails and freckled cheeks. She usually wears a t-shirt and a denim miniskirt.
However, she also wears the white lab coat of a scientist, resulting in a bizarre contrast to her otherwise childish appearance.
Personality[]
With her Third Eye ability, Professor Riri is mature far beyond her elementary-school age. She is usually upbeat, liking to give fun nicknames to the members of the SFD. She is also somewhat mischievous, occasionally playing small pranks.
With her speculation ability, Professor Riri is fascinated with the world around her, trying to find the answer to every mystery she encounters. As such, Minoru’s enigmatic protective shell both frustrates her and fascinates her.
However, Professor Riri also carries a huge mental burden as the deputy chief and the strategic commander of the SFD. With her ability to solve any problem as long as she has the resources, she believes that any shortcoming is partly her own fault. Professor Riri tries to take the burden of all the schemes of the shadowy 3E committee onto her own shoulders, with each tragedy taking a toll on her mental state and causing her great pain.[1]

Abilities[]
Professor Riri has the ability to solve any problem as long as she has adequate information — even questions such as “what is the meaning of life?” (which she allegedly has the answer to). This makes her very fit for her role as the SFD’s deputy chief and strategic commander.
Detection Radius[]
Professor Riri’s Third Eye ability, which only involves her own brain, has a detection radius so small that it is negligible.[2]

Professor Riri, as a Jet Eye, is part of the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare’s Specialized Forces Division (SFD). As one of its first four members, she has been a part of the organization ever since its founding.
